Project Overview
PureNest is a conversion-focused homepage concept for a residential, after party, and businesses cleaning service business. The design prioritizes immediate trust-building, structured service presentation, and friction-reduced booking flow for time-sensitive homeowners.
Objective
Design a homepage that establishes credibility within the first screen, simplifies service selection, reduces hesitation in the booking journey, and guides users toward initiating a cleaning appointment.
Problem
Many cleaning websites overwhelm users with unstructured information, weak trust indicators, and unclear service breakdowns. This increases friction and delays booking decisions, especially for first-time customers.
CTA Strategy
Primary booking CTA is visible above the fold, reintroduced after the services section, and reinforced in the final section. The repetition is controlled to support decision readiness without overwhelming the user.
UX Hierarchy
Applied clear typographic scaling to separate value proposition, service categories, and supporting details. Section spacing establishes visual rhythm, while controlled content width maintains readability across devices.
Outcome
This project demonstrates my ability to design service-business homepages with intentional conversion logic, trust psychology, and structured user flow that reduces friction and supports confident booking behavior.
